The TS-635D also supports PCIe expansion with a PCIe 2.0 x2 slot, which can be fitted with a 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, an M.2 SSD for SSD cache acceleration, a 5GbE port, or a 10GbE port. Built with six drive bays that are capable of natively supporting 3.5" SATA III and SATA II hard drives, as well as 2.5" SATA hard drives and SSDs, this NAS will allow you to store and share many files, as it allows 800 maximum concurrent connections. When using an optional 10GbE card, download speeds max out at 683 MB/s, while upload speeds reach 399 MB/s.
